This tough, long lasting, proven liquid applied, reflective coating has been marketed in America for over 18 years. Last-A-Span is used to coat many types of roof surfaces. It is also used over TEMP-COAT in areas where ponding water could dissolve TEMP-COAT. Last-A-Span ALSO HELPS TO SEAL ROOF SURFACES. Because of its viscous nature, it will flow into cracks, pinholes and crevices, sealing off areas of potential future problems. This is an excellent product for handling large and small jobs alike. This product cleans up with soap and water.
